I am ready to order what do I do next? After you place your order we will do the artwork for you and provide a proof of what the Memorial will look like so you may show it to your family. We supply as many proofs as necessary for you to select one that best celebrates the life of your loved one.

Gather the images that you want to put on the Memorial Plaque and email them to sales@webnetsuccess.com. Images can be scanned and emailed or if that is not an option you can mail your photos to us at Bronze Memorials 7300 Reserve Creek Drive, Port St Lucie, FL 34986. All photos will be returned to sender.

If you do not have an image, only an idea, call us and we will help you figure out how to make your ideas a reality on your beautifull Memorial stone. We are the experts and have assisted thousand of families to create the Memorial that best describes their loved one.

Once we have the design we will handle all shipping and cordinating the delivery to your Cemetery.

Orders may be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for any cost incurred prior to cancellation, Including, but not limited to, artwork charges, plate charges special order items, shipping fees, administrative fees.
Special non inventory item orders cannot be canceled after order has been processed.

Returns:
No returns on custom printed products accepted unless resulting from a manufacturing error. Product samples to verify your claim must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will issue a credit for the replacement merchandise. No refunds will be issued in lieu of merchandise credit. Non custom items can be retuned within 30 days for refund subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Guarantee
When we offer a Lifetime Guarantee which means if ever a product fails, whether it breaks, cracks, chips, fades or fails to look as good as the day it was shipped to you, we will replace that product no questions asked. We simply require a return of the defective product.

Jim Savage started out in the outdoor advertising business in Miami, Florida in 1977 and quickly grew into the 4th  largest electric sign company in the state of Florida. After selling the business and moving to
FT Lauderdale to open a computer sign business. In 1996, He and Terri were married and the time was right to venture into the internet. We started selling Bronze Plaques and various other advertising signs on the internet.  We have currently grown into one of the largest plaque and Grave Marker businesses on the internet with a national and international customer base. We are still a family owned business including our daughter Tricia and grandson Mark. They will continue to build the family business for the next generation.
